Shipping Information
Shipping Time: Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. An order usually leaves our warehouse by the next day at the latest. The delivery time from our logistics partner GLS is currently 2-3 days. Therefore, please expect a total delivery time of 3-5 days (excluding Sunday and Saturday). When your order ships, you will receive a tracking code that you can use on the GLS website to monitor your delivery date.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 100.00 euros. For orders up to 100.00 €, the shipping cost is 7.50 € per package. Shipping costs up to 5 kg to Switzerland and other neighboring countries are 24.50 euros per package. If you wish to have deliveries to other countries in Europe, shipping costs are available upon request. Please use our contact form for this.
Payment Methods:
Prepayment If you choose to pay by prepayment, please transfer the invoice amount with the reference number within three business days to our account: ACTIVline GmbH & Co. KG IBAN DE51 5605 1790 0010 0796 06 BIC MALADE 51SIM. You will not receive a separate request for prepayment. Please find the details in the order confirmation. Shopify Payments As part of Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

PayPal You can also pay easily and conveniently with your PayPal account. During the checkout process, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal portal where you can complete the payment. Once we receive the payment, your order will be shipped.
