You can return all items to us free of charge within 14 days. It is important that the items have not been used. Please contact us by email at info@activline.de or by phone at +49 6761 9094 0 to request a return label. You will then receive the return label by email. You can stick this on the package to be returned and drop it off at the GLS shop of your choice.  Once the goods have arrived with us in perfect condition, the amount you paid will be credited to you.
